Return & Refund Policy – Diamond Fashion
1. General Provisions
1.1. This policy defines the terms under which SIA “Diamond Fashion” (Registration No. 40203574831, address: Sēļu iela 30, Mārupe, LV-2167, Latvia), hereinafter referred to as “the Company”, accepts returns, exchanges, and issues refunds.
1.2. By placing an order, the Buyer confirms agreement with this policy in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia and applicable European Union consumer protection regulations.
1.3. Due to the premium and specialized nature of professional dancewear, additional conditions apply to protect:
- product quality
- hygiene standards
- brand integrity
2. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers Only)
2.1. The Buyer (consumer – natural person) has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.
2.2. To exercise this right, the Buyer must notify the Company within 14 days via:

2.3. The right of withdrawal applies only if all return conditions (Section 3) are strictly met.
2.4. This right does not apply to legal entities or purchases made for business purposes.
3. Strict Return Conditions (IMPORTANT)
3.1. Items may be tried on once only for size fitting purposes.
Use for:
- training
- competitions
- photoshoots
- extended wear
is strictly prohibited.
3.2. Returned items must be:
- unworn and unused
- free from makeup, self-tanner, perfume, deodorant, or any stains
- in perfect condition suitable for resale
- with all original tags attached
- in original packaging
3.3. Hygiene requirements:
Items showing any signs of contact with the body (including odor, cosmetics, or skincare products) will not be accepted.
3.4. The Company reserves the right to:
- fully refuse a return, or
- apply a partial refund (up to 50–100%),
if the item’s condition has deteriorated beyond what is necessary for inspection.
3.5. The Buyer is fully responsible for the condition of the item until it is received by the Company.
4. Non-Returnable Items
4.1. The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- items used for training or competitions
- underwear, bodysuits, or items with intimate contact
- accessories after opening or use
- custom-made or made-to-order items
- items with removed or damaged tags
4.2. These restrictions are strictly enforced due to hygiene and resale limitations.
5. Return Shipping
5.1. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Buyer.
5.2. The Company does not provide return labels.
5.3. Items must be shipped back within 14 days after notifying withdrawal.
5.4. The Buyer is responsible for:
- secure packaging
- shipment tracking
- risk of loss or damage during transit
5.5. The Company reserves the right to refuse a refund if the returned item is lost or damaged during shipping.
6. Refunds & Exchanges (Optimized Policy)
6.1. Exchanges are prioritized over refunds to ensure correct sizing and customer satisfaction.
6.2. Refunds are processed within 14 days after:
- receiving the returned item
6.3. Refunds are issued using the original payment method.
6.4. The following are non-refundable:
- original shipping costs
- payment processing fees (where permitted by law)
- return shipping costs
6.5. If free shipping was originally provided and the order is partially returned,
the Company reserves the right to deduct the original shipping cost from the refund.
6.6. The Company reserves the right to offer store credit instead of a refund, where permitted by law.
7. Defective or Incorrect Items
7.1. The Company is responsible only for defects existing at the time of delivery.
7.2. The Buyer must report any issue:
- within 24 hours of delivery
- with photo/video evidence
7.3. Late claims may be rejected if it is not possible to verify a manufacturing defect.
7.4. If a defect is confirmed, the Company may:
- repair the item
- replace the item
- issue a refund
7.5. Normal wear, improper use, or incorrect handling does not qualify as a defect.
8. Additional Protective Provisions (VERY IMPORTANT)
8.1. The Company reserves the right to refuse service to customers abusing the return policy.
8.2. In cases of excessive or suspicious returns, the Company may:
- block future orders
- restrict access to services
8.3. The Company reserves the right to request additional information or evidence before approving a return.
9. Final Provisions
9.1. The Company reserves the right to update this policy at any time.
9.2. All disputes are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia.

- Consumer Rights Protection Centre of Latvia
- Courts of the Republic of Latvia
