All purchases are considered distance contracts governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia and applicable European Union regulations.

All orders are subject to review and acceptance by the Company.

  • cancel orders where fraudulent, abusive, or unusual activity is suspected

An order confirmation email does not constitute a binding acceptance of the order.

The Buyer is solely responsible for selecting the appropriate size.

All size charts are provided as guidance only and may vary depending on the product and body type.

Diamond Fashion products are developed for professional dance and performance use.
The Company is not responsible for:

  • incorrect size selection
  • improper use or handling
  • intensive training or competition use prior to confirming fit and suitability

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING, DELIVERY & RISK

Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

The Company shall not be liable for delays caused by:

  • shipping carriers
  • customs clearance
  • external logistics disruptions
  • force majeure events

All customs duties, import taxes, and related charges are the sole responsibility of the Buyer.

Risk of loss and ownership transfers to the Buyer upon delivery.

SECTION 6 – RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

All returns are subject to the Company’s Return Policy.

To protect product integrity and brand standards, the Company reserves the right to:
